Unified Development Code (UDC) Update
Phase One of the UDC supplemental engagement process is here! Join meetings to review the UDC and share the areas you’d like to focus on in the next phase.

Affordable Housing Ordinance
The Economic Development team is hosting an Open House to discuss updates to the Affordable Housing Ordinance (AHO). Join on November 21, 4–7 p.m. at Fire Station 3. If you can’t attend, complete the AHO survey by December 1. Stay updated by subscribing to the AHO page.
Bozeman Landmark Program
The initial guidance report for the Landmark Program is now live! Based on community feedback, the report offers high-level recommendations, with final details expected in Winter 2025. Check out the survey results on the Engage Bozeman page.
Cattail Creek Corridor & Anchor Route Park Master Plan
The Parks and Recreation team is working to connect Bozeman with safe walking and biking paths. Key to this is the Anchor Route along the Cattail Corridor. Engagement opportunities are now live—subscribe for updates!
Stormwater Facilities Plan
Feedback is still welcome for the Stormwater Facilities Plan. The final draft will be available for public comment in March 2025.
Impact Fees
New Service Area Report for Fire/EMS is in effect as of November 1. The Transportation report will be reviewed by the Community Development Board on Nov. 18 and presented to the City Commission on Dec. 10.
Quick Project Updates
- Black Ave and Gap Analysis projects are progressing with no new updates yet. More info will follow as available.
- W Babcock design plans will be revised based on feedback and finalized by early 2025.
